Delivery & Return Policy


If your product is in stock, it will be ready for shipping within three working days. Please understand that we may need a little bit longer before Christmas holidays.

The aproximate shipping time differs depending on the country of destination:

Germany: 1 to 3 days

Europe: 5 to 7 days

USA & Canada: 7 to 10 days

Asia: 7 to 12 days

Rest of the World: 10 to 14 days

Please note that in some individual cases the delivery  may take up to 4 weeks. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date therefore we recommend you to place your order early if you need the items on a certain date.

All orders will be shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post AG because we have found that to be the most cost efficient, safe and reliable shipping method for national and international orders.

Please note that the shipping rates chosen by us do not include a tracking number or an insurance. If you want your package to be tracked or insured please contact us via the contact form and we will check if this is possible and inform you about the additional costs this generates.

Return Policy 

Of course, we want you to be fully satisfied with all our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll fix it.

Here’s how it works:

  1. If you are not happy with the product, you can return your order for a full refund to your original payment.
  2. You can return any item within 30 days of receipt of your item.
  3. Please pack the item carefully in a shipping box. Use the original shipping container whenever it’s possible.
  4. Don’t forget to add your receipt or order confirmation to your package.
  5. Feel free to send the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice. But please make sure that the carrier doesn’t levy brokerage fees.
  6. Ship it to: Wormworld Shop, Cristina Costas, Schweinemarkt 2, 48231 Warendorf, Germany
  7. All shipments must be made prepaid and you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to us. The shipping costs will be issued with the complete refund of your order. For this purpose please send us a copy of your shipping receipt via Email (, if there’s no price quotation on the package. Packages shipped COD (collect on delivery) will be rejected.
  8. Once we’ve received your returned item(s) and made sure that the product is in a brand-new condition (usually within 48 hours), you will be issued a refund to your preferred payment method (Item price and shipping costs).
  9. If you are returning items and would like new ones shipped out before we receive your return, there’s no problem. You can place a new order on the shop. We will consider it two different actions which will be processed separately.

Understand that we are not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We’ll send you an confirmation email, when we receive your package.
